Vanessa L.
Vanessa Lapuz is a passionate Speech and Language Pathologist with over 13 years of experience. She earned her Master’s degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and has worked in diverse settings inclu,ding children’s treatment centres, community schools, an AAC clinic, and private practice. Her clinical expertise includes articulation, language, AAC, fluency, literacy, voice therapy, accent modification, and professional speaking skills. A registered Individual Authorizer with Ontario’s Assistive Devices Program, Vanessa is dedicated to family-centred care, working closely with families to support lasting progress beyond the therapy room.

She began her career in Edmonton, Alberta, supporting children’s learning and development across diverse educational settings. After relocating to Ontario, Meagan completed her SLPA diploma in 2021 to deepen her focus on communication and language development. She applies her strong background in child-centred learning to speech and language support. Meagan is committed to creating a warm, engaging environment where every child feels heard, valued, and empowered. Whether working with AAC, supporting early language milestones, or collaborating with families and professionals, she strives to make communication accessible and joyful.
Speech Language Pathology Assistant
Alice O.
Alice Ovcharova is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with a B.Sc. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Brigham Young University in Utah. She has contributed to research in early language intervention, speech motor planning, and autism for children aged 4–18. Alice has worked in both Canada and the U.S. across educational and medical settings. Her experience includes early language, literacy for students with disabilities, ASD, AAC, fluency, and CAS. She brings compassion to her work and believes everyone deserves to be heard, however they communicate. Alice emphasizes cultural competence and personalized care to help clients feel comfortable in therapy. She provides services in English, Bulgarian, and Serbian.

Fatima F.
Fatima Farrukh is a certified teacher with the Hamilton and Ottawa school boards, with a strong foundation in early childhood education. She began her career as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and later earned an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Leadership, followed by a Master of Teaching in Primary/Junior education.
Her experience includes roles as an ECE, educational assistant, and program coordinator, where she discovered a passion for teaching. Fatima is committed to supporting children's development and values strong relationships between educators and families.
